<p>在广告制作工作中，写真喷绘打印是必备的打印设备之一，写真喷绘也可以说是无处不在，从户外广告、室内写真，数码打样，都用到喷绘技术。然而，要实现高质量效果的喷绘，喷绘材料的选择可以说是写真机“心脏”。</p><p>写真喷绘广告设计与材料选择关键的表现有如下几项：</p><p>1、广告喷绘图像画面的构思与设计</p><p>现在广告喷绘，要达到更好的宣传与展示效果，设计师的独特构思与巧妙设计是非常重要的。设计上面，任何设计都有其特点，广告设计不是艺术设计， 广告要注重地除了艺术上的需求外，必要要注意宣传的效果，例如公交车上的喷绘广告而言，独特个性的构思，可以使人们能在短暂时间留下印象，达到广告宣传的效果，这都是与广告的独特主题与构思相关联的。</p><p>2、广告喷绘图像画面尺寸的设定</p><p>往往在户内外喷绘广告的设计上，都需要对广告尺寸进行预计，根据不同的材料介质进行选择介质，因为写真类原材料尺寸宽度是0.914、 1.07、1.27、1.52米宽的，尽量采用比原材料小2cm的喷画成品规格，或可以拼版输出的，深圳武腾温馨提醒，另外尽量不要设定无用的白边，这也 是耗材与制作成本上的计算，毕竟羊毛只能出在羊身上，总之少浪费就更能减少成本。</p><p>3、喷绘打印输出介质的选择</p><p>巧选喷绘介质材料也可以让你轻松达到完美的喷绘打印效果。例如在户外喷绘广告的介质选择上，车身贴此类喷绘粘性好、抗阳光，一般运用于贴在车身 上的喷绘；户外绢布写真喷绘介质适用于比较浪漫和格调高雅的展示场合；户外灯布适用于应用户外招牌上的喷绘，此类属于灯光在灯箱中照射向外喷布；而在户内喷绘广告材料的选择上，比如油画布用于比较浪漫和格调高雅的展示场，有一定的油画质感，可用于婚纱摄影体现等；PP胶片精美胶质、高精度、但后面没有自带的胶面， 客户可用双面胶贴在墙体上、可多次使用；精美相纸质、高精度、没有自带的胶面；另外还在写真机常用的喷绘灯箱片，精美的灯箱前的喷绘，它不同于我们平常见 的招牌上面的喷绘，而是用于麦当劳菜牌灯箱上的喷绘，具有图像精美，透光性适中的特点。</p><p>在高性能的压电写真机应用下，如今的户内外喷绘广告喷绘变得非常之简单了，不过，要实现高质量效果的喷绘，设计与喷绘材料的选择是非常关键的。 例如在喷绘的质量主要看墨水与喷绘介质。好的墨水能真实地还原色彩，能表现非常好的图像。当然，选择合适的喷绘介质也非常重要。劣质的喷绘介质不能很好地 表现颜色，也就达不到应有的广告效果。另外，喷绘介质选择不当，容易导致喷绘设备和喷头的损坏，同时也影响喷绘打印的质量，也造成耗材的浪费与成本的增加。</p></div>
