<p>UV平板打印机又称万能平板打印机或平板打印机，突破数码印刷技术存在的瓶颈，实现了真正意义上的无须制版、全彩图像、一张起印一次完成，是传统印刷机的换代产品！</p><p>原本设计和制造的目的就是用来喷绘硬质材料的喷绘设备，它突破了喷墨技术只能在软质材料上打印的限制，它是喷墨史上一次重要的转折，标志了喷墨技术进军多个领域时代的诞生。</p><p>平板打印机在国外已经有很多年的历史，它不能被看作是在现有宽幅图像影像市场外另外增加的一块，而是定位于对短期丝网印刷市场的更为廉价的替代。对于短期应用的大幅面图像，传统丝网印刷方式需要很高成本，而平板打印机喷绘就经济很多。另外至少30%的平板打印机没有用在传统的图像领域，而是其他独特的个性化应用，例如：一家英国公司购买三台UV平板打印机，专为客户喷绘马桶盖。</p><p>UV平板打印机采用最新LED技术，功率仅80W，省电环保，无需预热，无热辐射，印刷材料不变形，led灯寿命长，防水防紫外线，使用维护成本极低。确保UV平板打印机周围环境的清洁。工作环境灰尘太多，容易导致小车导轴润滑不良，使打印头在打印过程中的移动受阻，引起打印位置不准确或撞击机械框架造成损伤及死机。当打印头未回到初始位置而重新开机时，打印机首先会让打印头回到初始位置，接着将进行清洗喷头的操作，所以会造成墨水不必要的浪费。解决这个问题的方法是经常将导轴上的灰尘擦掉，并对导轴进行润滑。</p></div>
