<p>一、项目概况<br/>1、项目编号：SD-2023140<br/>2、项目名称：德达壹号院项目标识标牌采购及安装项目<br/>3、项目地点：本项目位于德州市夏津县城区，银山路以东，砚池街以南。<br/>4、招标范围及规模：德达壹号院项目标识标牌采购及安装，具体详见图纸及采购清单。<br/>5、工期：30日历天，具体以建设单位进度要求为准。<br/>6、资金来源：自筹资金<br/>7、标段划分：本项目分为一个标段。<br/>8、招标方式：竞争性磋商。<br/>二、供应商资格要求：<br/>标段：一<br/>项目名称：德达壹号院项目标识标牌采购及安装项目<br/>控制价：676667.65元（含暂列金62000元）<br/>供应商资格要求：<br/>1.供应商须在中国境内合法注册，具备独立法人资格，营业执照包含相关营业范围，具有相应技术实力和管理能力，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有履行合同的能力；<br/>2、企业信誉良好，且未被列入“信用中国”网站或中国政府采购网等渠道信用记录失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；<br/>3、单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参加同一项目的招标活动；<br/>4、本项目不接受联合体投标；<br/>5、符合法律、法规的其他规定。<br/>三、竞争性磋商文件获取：<br/>1、获取时间：2023年5月5日至2023年5月10日（上午08:30-12:00,下午14：00-17:30，北京时间，节假日除外）。<br/>2、获取方式：现场获取。供应商报名时需提供以下资料的原件及加盖单位公章的证件扫描件。竞争性磋商文件售价300元/套，售后不退。<br/>具体资料包括：营业执照、法人授权委托书及法人身份证复印件、授权代理人身份证（法人直接购买的可不提供授权委托书，仅需提供法人身份证）。<br/>四、递交响应文件截止时间：2023年5月15日10:00分（北京时间，超时不收）</p></div>
