<p>在UV打印机印刷过程中，操作人员发现图案编辑处理没有修改过，墨水也没更换过，同样喷头状态也是良好的，但是在亚力上打印出来的图像(如图)就是不够亮，很暗的感觉,那是哪里出了问题呢?其实这个原因出现在曲线上。</p><p>UV打印机曲线的作用就是专门调配颜色的比例，将uv打印机输出的图像按照指定的要求百分百还原出来。当操作人设置好印刷精度、PASS道后，还有个小设置就是要将曲线后面深色部分值降低。</p><p>如果深色的值过高，势必将降低最终的图案明亮效果。值得注意的是，不同的材质由于透光性、亮光型等原因，同样设置的曲线深色在不同材质会有的颜色正常，有的缺暗淡，这就需要技术人员不断的积累相应的经验了。</p><p>uv打印机输出的图像不够亮解决方法：在色彩软件中加大曲线后面上升角度即可解决问题。具体的上升角度数值需要技术人员实际根据客户图案的色彩状况进行调试，只到达到要求标准即可。</p><p>另外,有时候uv打印机输出的图像会突然变淡,产生这种问题的原因无非有三种，根据多年的实际经验，现提供一些方法，帮大家解决实际中遇到的这个问题。</p><p>原因一：打印设置中墨量太低</p><p>通常uv打印机图像控制软件中，会有40％、60％、80％、100％等不同的墨量输出控制。操作人员如经验不足，会将原本要100％的墨量用80％的墨量打印，这就会造成输出的图像比较淡。解决方法就是提高墨量即可。</p><p>原因二：打印的PASS过低。</p><p>不同PASS打印出来的图案颜色和精度是不同的，通常在一些材质较小的物体上，用高pass进行打印，这样可以使得图案清晰、颜色丰富；如果是大幅面的印刷，可以选用较低的PASS进行打印。这就要求技术人员根据实际的经验，对不同材质进行PASS的设置打印。</p><p>原因三：材质的影响。</p><p>承印物本身的透明度、光泽度、平滑度等特性就会影响最终的uv打印效果，造成输出的图像有的较淡、有的较深。除了肉眼的视觉误差外，有些材质对墨水有吸附作用，有些材质对墨水有溶解作用。举个例子，在常规的亚克力喷绘机上印刷图案，uv打印机只需要80％的墨量即可，稍微多一些就会造成图像较深。</p><p>这些都需要UV打印机技术都是技术员在实际的打印中，不断的积累经验，才能更好的解决这些问题。</p></div>
