<p>1、uv平板打印机价格越便宜越好？</p><p>便宜没好货，所以便宜的肯定不好。因为机器也是需要成本的，所以相关市场上面新机器低于8万的，我们可以直接不用考虑，因为成本远远不止这个机器。像在5万或者6直接的机器很多是二手机零部件改装或者零部件用的是国产的，你要想为什么奇瑞和宝马都是车，都可以开，为什么价格要差那么多呢？所以uv平板打印机的价位一般都在10万以上，UV小型价位也是在7万以上。</p><p>2、场面越大，越有实力</p><p>这个观点其实很片面的，因为我们不能说小工厂的机器一定差，或者服务一定不好。但是实力越大，想对应的开发团队就一定会比小工厂更全面一点，所以选机器也不能全凭场面来定位哟，但要各方面考虑，不能太小也不能太大。</p><p>3、打一幅图或字，看起来还好，就好</p><p>打样和生产是两回事情，要考虑机器的长久稳定性才是最重要的，例如UV机器用1900的机器打样效果很好，可以不久后速度就变慢，如果你买个机器回去没用多久速度个方面都更不上来，那肯定也是不会赢利的而甚至有的机器打样非常好，但是三天两头坏，那就更郁闷了。所以买机器一定要知道这个机器之后的性能和打样效果综合考虑来选择。</p><p>4、颜色越多越好</p><p>这是个极其错误的观点,颜色越多风险越大。每个季节的墨水的稳定性都是不一样的，墨水的额好坏和稳定性直接影响着生产和喷头的损耗。如果4个颜色能搞定的东西为什么要用6种11种颜色来搞定了？只是说浪费耗材和增加风险而已。</p><p>5、机器型号越新，越有技术含量</p><p>打印机就是打印机，人还不能保障天天健康了，何况新UV机器。就好比新出生的婴儿一样，都不成熟，容易生病是自然的，所以新机器技术很多方面都还是需要鉴证和改动的。所以买新机器的风险还是很大的。毕竟买打印机还是使用好，买个成熟稳定的机器远比买个新机器来的实在。</p><p>6、机器幅面越大，放得越多，印得越快</p><p>这也是个错误的观点。俗话说3个臭皮匠抵一个诸葛亮，何况小机器还不是诸葛亮，在同样的时间内单碰头机器的情况下，小机器的速度不比大机器慢。甚至有的比大机器更快，只是幅面稍微小点而已，同样小机器允许的范围内的打印材料，建议用小机器。一台大机器的价格也是小机器的几倍，买一台大机器可以买几台小机器，如果大机器坏了，小机器坏一台，别的还是可以生产。所以综合考虑在幅面允许的范围内，小机器还是有一定优势的。</p><p>但是对于没有正规授权无合法来源的uv打印机喷头来说，品牌和质量都不能得到保证，无法判定喷头是新还是旧，另外由于是没有授权的产品，一旦某些型号喷头厂家不生产了，那么市面上将马上面临断货的危险，那么作为终端用户来讲，UV打印机将面临无喷头可换的局面。而正规授权的喷头，就算更新换代也会有一个过程，不会说断货就断货。</p></div>
