<p>UV平板打印机的喷头在一台机器的成本中是占大头的，现在市面上的喷头加起来可能十来种，但是现在主流的用在UV平板打印机上面的一般就柯尼卡，理光G5，爱普生，精工，基本上现在就这几种，这些类型的喷头中，价格都不等。</p><p>第一：UV平板打印机断针拉丝，这个是客户会经常遇见的情况，所谓断针就是可能有某个喷孔不出墨，造成墨点连接不上，打印出来就出一道一道的现象，影响打印效果，出现拉丝分为二种情况，一种可能是开机的时候墨水停留在管道，墨水没有跟上，这种情况下一般是通过挤压墨水，打个状态测试条然后可以解决问题，还有一种情况是喷头的喷孔真的是堵头了，这种的话，就很难办了， 现在一般通用的说法是说可以用清洗液冲洗，这种情况有可能冲开，有可能冲不开，还有的说是用超声波冲，这种方法只听说没有试过，不知道到底有没有效，</p><p>第二，UV平板打印机喷头斜喷，这种的表现就是打你打印测试条的时候，本来正常情况下测试条应该是很有规律的锯齿型，如果出现斜喷的话，里边的线条就变得没有那个规则，七上八下的，这种的话虽然打印出来不会出现明显的拉丝现象，可是仔细看的话也会影响精度，降低产品的品质。</p><p>怎么才能有效的杜绝UV平板打印机喷头可能出现的问题呢？那就是保养好喷头很关健了，具体的保养方法是：首先尽量保持机器每天都有开机，不要长时间的让机器停着，机械性的东西需要动，跟汽车一样，如果几天之内都没有活的话，最好机器开起来打个状态图或者色块之类的，避免长时间的不工作，然后是每天工作关闭后关机的时候最好把用厂家提供的无纺布或者棉棒把喷头底板的墨滴擦拭干净，避免变干凝固堵塞喷头，其次是打印一些类似于玻璃的反光型材料的时候，因为反光材料能反射UV灯的紫外光，在空气中产生静电，使灰尘那些被吸附到喷头底板表面，长时间的话也可能形成喷头堵塞，所以打印这类材料的时候，一个小时左右，就得用棉棒擦拭一下喷头底部，最后机器如果长时间不开机，如过年过节放假这样的，那么一定要做特殊的保养，方法是喷头底部垫上如玻璃等的硬物质，不易吸墨的，千万不要垫易腐蚀的如：亚克力，有机板，塑料等）然后在玻璃上面均匀的铺上几十张无纺布，大概二至三层左右，接着在无纺布上面倒上大剂量的清洗液，注意（清洗液一定要是进口的好的，不要把写真机或者大喷机那种国产的清洗液）最后让UV平板打印机的机头降下，接触到无纺布，最佳的高度是用手摇晃机头，如果不到这些的话，就可以使喷头长时间保持良好的状态了。</p></div>
