<p> 随着uv平板打印机越来越普及，在各行各业中越来越流行，但还是有相当一部分人对此却很陌生，那么uv平板打印机和热转印、丝印有什么区别？</p><p>一、uv打印机的缺点</p><p>1、印刷的成本较高，墨水的费用较普通的水性墨水高了1倍的价钱。</p><p>2、印刷速度较慢，相比较丝印、胶印的快速印刷，短版印刷的速度慢。</p><p>二、热转印缺点有以下几点：</p><p>1、图案摸上去手感有些发硬，透气性差，经过洗涤后就会变得柔软一些，但透气性还是很差。</p><p>2、横向拉扯印刷产品时，图案处会出现一个道道裂痕，这一点是没法避免的，因为热转印本身的技术决定了这一点。</p><p>3、 T恤经过高温烫压后颜色会发生变化，如白色会发黄。这是由于T恤中带的水分被蒸发导致。</p><p>4、色彩偏差和定位偏差，成品的图片也比较容易刮掉，牢固性较差，一般需要再喷涂一层保护膜。另外，特殊介质的转印也需要做柔版印刷。</p><p>5、热转印技术对于从业者的经验具有很高的要求。</p><p>三、移印/丝印缺点如下：</p><p>1、需要绘图出菲林，晒版；</p><p>2、需要具有多年经验的员工操作，在印刷复杂的图案时，需要大量人手，多次套印，废品率高，套位以及色彩有偏差；</p><p>3、打版需要先制版成本高，时间长；</p><p>4、工序烦琐，生产周期漫长。</p><p>四、uv平板打印机和热转印、丝印打印工艺不同</p><p>uv平板打印机：万能打印机是直接把涂料墨水打印在面料上，再加温固色的一种方式。</p><p>热转印:热转印先将图案打印在转印纸上，然后再转印；</p><p>丝印：用丝网板把要印刷的内容采用挤压的方式把油墨粘附到产品上去。</p><p>五、万能打印机优点：</p><p>1、专业uv墨水，对于打印像皮革等介质，可以达到不出现裂痕，目前迈创彩印已经可以达到这一点。</p><p>2、专业led-UV冷光灯，实现打印即打即干，无需通过高温来烘干，节省工艺流程，同时不会使颜色发生变化。</p><p>3、光滑、浮雕的效果可根据用户的选择自习调整，一机实现多种效果打印。</p><p>4、对操作人员没有太大要求，用户只需要会简单的平面设计软件就可以，为企业解决人才紧缺等问题。</p></div>
