<p>户外写真喷绘给商业快速发展增添色彩，高性能实现的高效高精度喷绘打印，让户外写真喷绘应用更丰富多彩，样式多样化。</p><p>然而，对于户外写真喷绘的长久时效性，应用环境、阳光紫外线、雨水、灰尘、温度以及人为因素都是非常大的影响。因此，要使户外喷绘写真更长久的时效，必需给予更好的保护。</p><p>大家都知道，紫外线是喷绘图像的第一号因素，特别是写真机喷绘打印下的图像，一张无保护的染料墨水喷绘图像在阳光下不到一天就会褪色；因此户外写真喷绘需使用优质且耐紫外线的弱溶剂墨水或油性墨水，特别是弱溶剂墨水，更好的环保型墨水。对付紫外线辐射有三种办法：用品质好的墨水和户外喷绘介质、用防紫外线的覆膜过胶、选用无直射阳光的地方来挂图。</p><p><img src="http://www.zhaobiaopai.com/file/upload/202205/07/000456411.jpg" title="" alt=""/></p><p><strong>户外写真喷绘的长久时效保护操作</strong>：</p><p>一、写真机喷绘打印使用优质的户外型墨水。</p><p>使用写真机厂家原装墨水，原装墨水色彩校对好，喷绘打印图像色差小，更好的使用流畅性。同时墨水都是经过厂家喷绘打印严格测试的，与机器兼容，出图色彩好，户外的话用弱溶剂墨水好，环保、气味小。</p><p>二、户外喷绘图像覆膜与过胶。</p><p>户外喷绘图像覆膜与过胶，保护膜上的化学药剂或紫外线吸收剂，它们可使图像寿命延续几倍。紫外线打在覆膜上的吸收剂上在未达图像前就己变成了热能散掉开去，紫外线阻拟剂是反射紫外线辐射，这种阻拟剂主要是防覆膜老化。正确的组合覆膜和粘合剂的化学成分不是件容易的事，不同的组合防护不同的紫外线波长的辐射，不同的波长破坏不同的颜色的墨水，而你又不能用太多的紫外线吸收剂和反射剂 ，因为它会使得喷出的作品太黯淡。</p><p>三、喷绘写真应用环境防护。</p><p>户外喷绘写真的应用环境的防护很重要，由于户外环境的复杂多变，存在很多影响因素，例如：雨水、灰尘、温度以及人为因素涂鸦、刮擦。雨水，湿气会使图像发皱。防范的关键是过胶，过胶时确保周边都要封实。喷绘纸张像海面吸潮气，有一点缝隙就会铸成大错，特别是在裁图时一定要注意，因为潮气会使墨水扩散，从而破坏图像的素质；户外喷绘写真应用环境高低温度的变化也是美丽图像的大敌，高低温图像处于高温度和零度的气温以下太长时间都会有总是出现，要特别留意处理。温度太低图像会裂掉，太热则会使图像的覆膜或脱落，使图像不清晰，在此建议选择优质的户外介质材料，有着更好的户外环境应用，使喷绘写真有着更长久的时效。</p><p>压电写真机的应用，可以满足户内外的图像写真喷绘，水性墨水户内型写真机适用于户内室内环境应用；而户外型写真机使用的为弱溶剂油性型墨水，对户外写真喷绘有着更好的应用。户外弱溶剂墨水特点：支持更好的户外介质图层附着力、墨水防水防紫外线，图案色彩在户外环境应用下能达到长时间不褪色与减淡。</p></div>
