<p>对于uv平板打印机的安装虽然对客户可能没有太大的直接关系，但是小编还是分享出来了，客户了解一下也是非常有好处的。</p><p>uv平板打印机安装步骤:</p><p>1、安装前的检查工作：</p><p>外观：需确定外观正常，没有明显撞击，压住痕迹；</p><p>平台：检查平台是否完整</p><p><img src="http://www.zhaobiaopai.com/file/upload/202210/11/143610871.jpg" title="" alt=""/></p><p>2、安装吸风：</p><p>吸风点击安装在uv平板打印机平台底下</p><p>3、安装相关软件：</p><p>PCIE：此设备由设备厂提供；</p><p>（PS、CDR）压缩包解压即可；</p><p>PP：厂家提供含加密狗；</p><p>控制软件：厂家提供</p><p>4、安装喷头接线：</p><p>设备断电状态，所需配件：喷头板一块、扁平线两条、喷头、喷头螺丝（注意：线路插反则喷头烧坏）</p><p>5、安装喷头扁平线：</p><p>扁平线接口的金属面需对应喷头金属弹簧口。插入喷头扁平线接口时，必须平面插入，严禁插折、弯卷</p><p>6、喷头安装位置：</p><p>安装在小车喷头槽内，内需两颗螺丝，由前后固定，外小内大。（固定喷头时需断电）</p><p>7、套色：打印状态图：</p><p>设备开启，复位，喷头压墨后，打印状态图。检查方式：所有颜色的状态均匀，线条没有缺失</p><p>8、调整垂直状态：</p><p>(1)、下方线条偏左，则向右偏移并固定喷头；</p><p>(2)、下方偏右，则向左偏移并固定喷头</p><p>9、打印通道图：</p><p>调整喷头彩色对位。此调整需要在软件对应的调整位置修改数值</p><p>10、调整喷头Y对齐图：</p><p>打印水平图；调整以黑色为基准，不允许更改黑上方数字，其他色彩根据水平图进行调整，所有数字0交接，则完成</p><p>11、打印套色图：</p><p>验证彩色对位；在CDR中做彩色十字线，观察KCMY四条直线在Y方向和X方向在一条直线上，如果不是则微调</p><p>12、调整白彩对位：</p><p>CDR制作2厘米方块，黑色填充，做打印图片。打印软件添加彩白，同时打印图片，重叠在一起则OK</p><p>13、双向运动差调整：</p><p>双向打印基础要求：材料必须平台材质、喷头距离材料空隙距离是矫正的双向打印高度，当材料与喷头间隙改变而需要双向打印时，需要重新矫正双向打印运动差。</p></div>
