<p>多功能UV打印机的喷头相比一般的机械设备来说比较脆弱，所以呢在日常的使用过程中保养和维护是非常有必要的。为了您的设备能不间断的生产，小编今天就来讲讲如何维护一台UV打印机。</p><p><strong>一、日常维护步骤</strong></p><p>日常维护第一步：上班时先使用清洗液清理UV打印机喷头表面及喷车底板残留的墨水及灰尘，防止固化后擦拭喷头时将固化墨水填入喷孔，造成堵塞。</p><p>日常维护第二步：打印喷头测试状态条检查每个喷孔的状态，确认喷头状态OK，在开始打印！</p><p>日常维护第三步：打印过程中避免某一个颜色喷头长时间不出墨，若长时间打印单色建议不影响画面的情况下加6色打印彩条防止长时间不出墨喷孔墨水固化造成的堵塞。</p><p>日常维护第四步：下班时打印喷头测试状态条检查每个喷孔的状态，确认喷头状态OK，在关机。关机不需要再用清洗液保湿。</p><p>日常维护第五步：关闭设备避免阳光紫外线直接照射设备及喷车区域防尘，建议套防尘罩保护喷头。</p><p>注意：使用清洗液后，要把清洗液拧紧防止清洗液内成分挥发，导致清洗液变质。一般开了口的清洗液要在一个月内用完。</p><p><img src="http://www.zhaobiaopai.com/file/upload/202205/08/193914331.jpg" title="" alt=""/></p><p><strong>二、打印过程中和待机状态下维护和保养</strong></p><p>1：打印前清理打印平台区域及打印介质表面的污垢和灰尘，防止打印过程中静电特性让灰尘吸附在喷头表面与残留墨水混合后固化堵塞喷孔。</p><p>2：打印过程中每隔2小时需用专用清洗液清理喷头表面残留墨水。</p><p>3：打印过程中避免某一个颜色喷头长时间不出墨，若长时间打印单色建议不影响画面的情况下加6色打印彩条防止长时间不出墨喷孔墨水固化造成的堵塞。</p><p>4：短时间待机需开启闪喷功能:建议闪喷频率不得小于4Hz</p><p>5：每日打印结束需清理喷头表面及喷头底板周围残留的墨水，涂上UV清洗液保湿，套上防尘罩。</p><p><strong>三、UV平板机长时间不使用打印机墨路及喷头保养</strong></p><p>1：打印机停放置（5-10天）需压空喷头内部墨水，使用专用UV清洗液清洗干净后注入清洗液保湿。然后做好设备防紫外线及防尘措施</p><p>2：打印机停放置（10-15天）需从主墨瓶至喷头整个墨水压空，使用专用UV清洗液清洗干净后注入清洗液保湿。然后做好设备防紫外线及防尘措施。</p><p>3：打印机清洗干净后停放置（半月以上）过程中，需每间隔5天针对喷头保湿及防尘进行检查，若发现保湿液干燥挥发和有灰尘，请及时加保湿液及清理灰尘。</p><p><strong>四、UV打印机通常喷头遇到堵塞或损伤的原因</strong></p><p>1：使用未通过SPT喷头厂认证的墨水及清洗液。</p><p>2：使用过期或变质的UV墨水。</p><p>3：打印介质表面反光固化了残留在喷头表面墨水，没能及时发现和清理。</p><p>4：打印过程中喷头表面刮蹭到打印介质，形成喷头表面和喷孔损伤。</p><p>5：使用被污染的清洗液冲洗喷头。</p><p>6：喷头及墨路受强烈太阳光照射。</p><p>7：喷头及2级墨盒加热系统失控，温度持续升高没能及时发现和处理。</p><p>8：带电插拔喷头扁线及喷头电路板。</p><p><strong>五、因墨路和喷头内部被污染造成的堵塞，处理方法</strong></p><p>第一步：拆掉喷头，使用专用UV清洗液清洗干净整个墨路系统。若发现管道内有结晶体和固态的墨水请及时更换墨管和墨过滤器。</p><p>第二步：清理干净喷头外表墨水，注意不要让清洗液及墨水进入喷头电路板部分。</p><p>第三步：准备好，1：UV清洗液；2：清洗管接口；3：玻璃针筒；4：清洗托盘；5：无纺布；6：棉棒</p><p>第四步：清理干净喷头表面的残留墨水及污垢。</p><p>第五步：将干净的无纺布铺在清洗托盘底部，倒入干净的清洗液，放入喷头，将清洗液从托盘反抽回针筒，拔掉针筒压空清洗液，然后重复5-10次反抽，最后再使用针筒进行正压反复清洗。</p><p>注意事项：</p><p>1：反抽和正压力度不要太大，第一次清洗动作必需是反抽。</p><p>2：保证托盘和清洗液绝对干净才可以以上操作，不然会加重喷孔堵塞。</p><p>六：因喷头表面墨水固化堵塞喷孔造成的斜喷处理方法</p><p>使用棉签沾（UV清洗液）稀释并擦拭喷头表面固态UV墨水，然后使用针筒反复正压UV清洗液清洗喷头。</p></div>
