<p>由于人们对服装的个性化需求，纺织品服装面料领域也趋向于个性化、舒适化。数码印花工艺凭借其印花丰富多变、精度高、无需制版、批量灵活、绿色环保、占地面积小等优势，越来越受大众的欢迎。然而，如何选择适合自己的纺织数码印花机又成为一个新的难题。</p><p>一、转印OR直喷</p><p>印花工艺的选定直接决定数码印花机类型的选择。对于服装面料印花来讲是选择转印工艺还是直喷工艺，对数码印花机的选择具有方向性的决定作用。转印工艺投资较小，但是适用的面料有所限制，主要适用于化纤的面料。而直喷工艺一般需要面料上浆、蒸化、水洗等环节，相对投资较大，但是面料适用范围广，可适用涤纶、尼龙、棉、麻、丝、毛、莫代尔等各种面料类型。</p><p><img src="http://www.zhaobiaopai.com/file/upload/202205/04/213058841.jpg" title="" alt=""/></p><p>二、墨水里面学问多</p><p>印花墨水的选择一般有三点。</p><p>第一，印花墨水颜色的选择。根据客户的需求跟面料的类型，可以选择四色墨水、六色墨水、八色墨水等。一般墨水颜色越多，打印的色彩饱和度和色彩效果越好，也直接决定了印花机的颜色类型。VEGA系列的纺织直喷印花机均能很好地支持四、六、八色的色彩效果。</p><p>第二，印花墨水的类型选择。印花墨水一般有活性墨水、酸性墨水、分散墨水、涂料墨水等几种。墨水类型一般要根据面料的材质进行选择，选择针对面料着色较好、色彩表现好的墨水。</p><p>第三，墨水品牌和型号的选择。一般来讲，墨水是针对喷头的品牌和型号研发的，选择墨水的时候要注意是否适用于打印机的喷头型号。另外，墨水的流畅性、鲜艳程度、固色程度、环保程度等，都是墨水选择所要考虑的方面。</p><p>三、喷头成核心元素</p><p>喷头作为数码印花机最重要的部件和主要耗材，对数码印花机的选择起到决定性的作用。喷头的类型决定了打印的精度、喷墨量的大小、打印的速度、生产的成本等。喷头的选择要综合考虑打印面料的类型、成本的预估、生产效率的要求等因素，喷头作为主要的耗材还应全面考虑更换的成本和耐用性。</p><p>四、印花精度看面料</p><p>企业可根据面料的不同和客户的需求选择能够满足客户的印花精度的设备。一般来讲，纤维比较细腻光滑的面料精度要求较高，比如丝绸、雪纺等；纤维比较粗糙的面料对精度的要求较低，比如帆布、毛衫等。</p><p>在选择印花精度时要注意，并不是精度越高越好，因为精度和效率是对立的两个因素，如果精度要求越高，效率越低。</p></div>
