<p>一般来说，连喷墨盒是uv平板喷绘机的墨盒首选，但是如果误买了连供墨盒也没有关系，泰威技术总结多年uv平板喷绘机研发使用经验，对于使用连供墨盒也颇有心得，便在本文中向大家讲解如何正确利用UV平板喷绘机连供墨盒。</p><p>首先、正确安置连供墨盒。</p><p>连供墨盒包括一个复杂的连供系统，连供墨盒是无法安装在UV平板喷绘机内部的，一般将连供墨盒放置在与UV平板喷绘机高度持平的位置上，并且放置后加以固定，不要在生产过程中队连供墨盒造成影响，尤其不能上下移动。</p><p>然后，将管线支架固定在连供墨盒上外壳上，用管线包住然后移动UV平板喷绘机小车到两侧边上，将固定管线支架用双面胶安装固定在制定区域。注意连接管的正确安插。</p><p>连接完成后，使用抽真空排空气法或者压空气排空气法来排除空气，否则将不利于供墨和UV平板喷绘机的正常运行。</p><p>下面我们来说说这两种排除空气的办法：</p><p>抽真空排空气法</p><p>1、将连供墨盒盖子关紧，封闭各个通气孔。</p><p>2、用注射器（无针头）嵌入一个外置通气孔中，随后抽取空气，然后拔出注射器，关闭通气孔，排出注射器内空气。反复进行此操作，直到当注射器内出现油墨后 才能停止。这个时候，不要直接拔出注射器，放开拉住注射器拉杆的手，通过压力将油墨送回墨盒内后，再取出注射器，封闭墨盒。</p><p>压空气排空气法</p><p>这种方法不常用，而且容易对油墨造成损耗。除非是无法使用抽真空排空气法，发展不要使用。</p><p>1、拆除出墨扣的空气过滤器，将内墨盒出墨口向上调节。</p><p>2、使用注射器抽取一管空气缓慢注射入墨盒内，空气会带着油墨自内墨盒挤出。</p><p>3、这时要注意阻止墨水的流出。</p></div>
