<p>问题1、喷车拖架在喷绘时抖动，打印时出现杂音。图象斜纹。</p><p>解决：1、Y电机位置不正确，Y电机皮带太松，可调整Y轴电机位置及皮带松紧。</p><p> 2、在导轨上加适量润滑油。调整喷车后白色滚轮高度，清洁导跪杂物。</p><p> 3、电机损坏，及电机附件损坏。</p><p> 4、冲洗喷头。</p><p>问题2、喷绘时喷车有急停现象。</p><p>解决：1、喷车皮带过松，可调整耐压轮及Y轴电机与喷车皮带转接轮松紧。</p><p> 2、打印速度过快，Y轴速度一般为3。</p><p> 3、版本问题。</p><p>问题3、在喷绘过程中出现断墨（喷头堵，一吸就开，打一会又堵，图像有条纹）。</p><p>解决：1、可将付墨罐及付墨罐拖架抬高，检查付墨罐到喷头管有窝的现象，空气过滤器是否去掉。</p><p> 2、喷头下面有愈墨（环境及温度不适和），温度不要太低太高，保持恒温16-27度左右，湿度不要太大， 最好安装排风扇。</p><p> 3、打印速度过快，2~3PASS Y轴速度一般为2，4-2PASS可快一些，可调至4。</p><p> 4、检查电源板35V电压是否过高，调整电压至35V以下。</p><p> 5、墨水问题。</p><p> 6、冲洗喷头。</p><p>问题4、打印时左右错位，图象模糊。</p><p>解决：1、光栅有污垢或损坏，清洁光栅。</p><p> 2、调节双向补偿。</p><p> 3、网格校准不正确。</p><p> 4、调整喷头拖架高度。</p></div>
