<div class="content" id="article"><p>天气冷了，机器输出画面出现很难干透、甚至画面出现扩散等等问题，大家又在为怎么良好的使用机器的加热功能而纠结烦恼，其实加热器的使用主要取决于环境温度和湿度，机器的最佳工作环境温度为18℃～25℃、湿度70%左右，对于没有标准安装空调和加湿器装置的朋友，下面小编按季节、环境情况分别说明各种机器加热器的使用技巧：</p><p>户内写真机</p><p>机器标配没有加热装置，需要另外购置外置加热器，工厂有选配弧形红外加热器，该加热器加热均匀，效率偏低，适合单头机器，这种情况建议打图之前提前10分钟开启加热器，加热温度设置50℃～55℃，超过55℃，许多材料会被烤变形，造成覆膜失败。双头机器建议除加配该红外加热器外还要选购外置中波管加热器以提高烘干效率。中波管加热器为旋钮式调节烘干效率装置，建议在不烤变形材料的前提下尽量加大烘干强度。</p><p>户外写真机</p><p>机器标配中加热和前加热，外置加热器需要另外购置，工厂有选配弧形红外加热器，该加热器加热均匀，效率偏低，适合单头机器，这种情况建议打图之前提前10分钟开启加热器，加热温度设置：中加热设置温度低于30℃，温度过高会造成因材料过软走纸起拱或者根本走不动而擦喷头、卡小车；前加热45℃～55℃；红外加热器50℃～55℃，超过55℃，许多材料会被烤变形，造成覆膜失败。</p><p>双头机器建议除加配该红外加热器外还要选购外置中波管加热器以提高烘干效率。中波管加热器为旋钮式调节烘干效率装置，建议在不烤变形材料的前提下尽量加大烘干强度。户外材料吸墨性能受环境温度影响很大，如果环境温度不能维持在15℃以上，很可能出现加热全开也会出现扩散问题，这时建议在机器后面增加外置烘干器提前加热材料温度，提升材料吸墨性能，该加热器温度设置建议低于40℃，否则会造成因材料过软走纸起拱或者根本走不动而擦喷头、卡小车。</p><p>2头或者4头喷绘机</p><p>机器标配预加热、中加热和前加热，外置风干器需要另外购置，工厂有选配陶瓷烘干器或者中波管烘干器。打图之前提前10分钟开启加热器，喷绘材料吸墨性能受环境温度影响很大，如果环境温度不能维持在15℃以上，很可能出现前加热温度很高也有扩散问题，这时必须开启预加热，该加热器温度设置建议低于40℃，否则会造成因材料过软走纸起拱或者根本走不动而擦喷头、卡小车。加热温度设置：中加热设置温度应低于35℃，温度过高会造成因材料过软走纸起拱或者根本走不动而擦喷头、卡小车；前加热45℃～55℃，超过55℃，许多材料会被烤变形，造成走布不正常。2头机器建议另外选配风干器，4头机器建议选购外置中波管加热器以提高烘干效率（当然，烘干器的风扇是必须开的）。中波管加热器为旋钮式调节烘干效率装置，建议在不烤变形材料的前提下尽量加大烘干强度。另外冬天一定要将喷头自加热功能开启！否则飘墨，断墨很正常。</p><p>8头喷绘机</p><p>机器标配预加热、中加热、前加热和延伸加热，工厂有选配中波管烘干器，最多可选配两条烘干器。打图之前提前10分钟开启加热器，喷绘材料吸墨性能受环境温度影响很大，如果环境温度不能维持在15℃以上，很可能出现前加热温度很高也有扩散问题，这时必须开启预加热，该加热器温度设置建议低于40℃，否则会造成因材料过软走纸起拱或者根本走不动而擦喷头、卡小车。加热温度设置：中加热设置温度应低于35℃，温度过高会造成因材料过软走纸起拱或者根本走不动而擦喷头、卡小车；前加热45℃～50℃；延伸加热45℃～50℃，超过55℃，许多材料会被烤变形，造成走布不正常。2头星光建议另外选配中波管烘干器，4头星光或者8头北极星建议选购两条中波管加热器以提高烘干效率。中波管加热器为旋钮式调节烘干效率装置，建议在不烤变形材料的前提下尽量加大烘干强度（当然，烘干器的风扇是必须开的）。另外冬天一定要将喷头自加热温度设置到30℃～40℃！否则飘墨，断墨是必然。</p></div>
