<p>随着市场的应用越来越广泛，UV打印机也越来越被更多的人熟知，但是很多人是不清楚普通喷绘和UV喷印有什么区别，那现在找标牌网小编就来讲解一下两者之间的区别。<br/> </p><p style="text-align: center;"><img src="http://www.zhaobiaopai.com/file/upload/202204/26/223501831.png" width="500" height="230" alt=""/></p><p><br/>输出材质区别</p><p>普通的喷绘因为遭到原料的约束,无法做到所有材质都能够喷印，主要适用于软性材料，如户内贴画、展示板、宣传画、海报等户外大型广告布等专用喷绘材质制作。</p><p>UV喷印广泛应用于户内外大小型画面制作，可以打印各种软性材料，也可以打印出浮雕等特殊材质如:玻璃、亚克力、皮革、不锈钢、木材、地板砖、花板、陶瓷等材料、都可以喷印出美丽的图案，而且环保还经久耐用。</p><p>墨水区别</p><p>普通喷绘写真,运用的是水性墨水或弱溶剂与溶剂型的墨水 ,喷绘机的喷头是汞灯的，使用汞灯的喷绘机喷绘出来的画面干的慢，需等候墨水在纸张介质表面进行凉干 ,特别是潮湿的气候环境下 ,甚至需要烘干设备进行烘干墨水处理，只能做到四色打印。</p><p>UV喷印用的是光固化原理，通过紫外光使油墨固化，喷绘时紫外灯照射下迅速做到即打即干,无需等候 ,节省时间提高效率。UV墨水中颜料粒子直径小于1微米，不含挥发性有机溶剂，超低粘度，无刺激性气味，绿色环保，可达到欧洲环保标准；更加适用于装修，装饰行业。uv喷绘既能抗紫外线又能防水,而且经过墨水在紫外灯烧结后吸附在印刷物表面，使印刷物表面有凹凸感，画面色彩饱和、层次分明、视觉上立体感强。同时UV喷绘解决了传统水性墨水，溶剂墨水黑色不黑，及黑色发灰的问题，UV喷印的灯片，灯布，对比度鲜明大，黑色构建几乎不透光效果，UV墨水又分为彩墨和白墨，彩墨水主要是C、M、Y、K、LM、LC，UV打印机结合白墨的打印可以很好地打印出超强的浮雕效果，再打印彩墨有手感的基础上就能很好的打印出高档的图案。主要色彩稳定性也强，批量生产质量有保障。经测试使用UV打印一张和打印一千张出来的色彩都是一样的，这是普通喷绘无法做到的。</p><p>画面区别</p><p>喷绘虽然是一种基础且较传统技术，但它具有着无可替代的特点和优越性，相对其它喷印，它的表现更加精细真实，这种细腻度是uv喷印暂时无法代替的。</p><p>uv喷印出来的图案画质感强，色彩鲜艳亮丽，且色域宽广、色密度高、覆盖力强，成品图面有凹凸之触感。通过uv喷印的图案比较抗刮伤，防水不褪色，而喷绘机就达不到这样的效果。</p><p>耐用性区别</p><p>UV喷印的墨水是一种油性抗紫外性的墨水，固化后的墨层高硬度，附着力佳，耐擦洗、耐溶剂、高光泽，具有耐腐蚀、耐摩擦等特点，一般来在室外可保3到5年不褪色 ，室内可以做到10年不褪色，在室外可保3年，如环境条件比较优越可长达5年不褪色 ，但普通喷绘就没办法做到，最多半年到1年就开始褪色，所以如果客户对于画面颜色保质比较久的可以优选UV喷印。</p></div>
