<p>加工铜字标识牌所需的工具材料为铁剪刀、木墩、大小木锤、鸭嘴铁锤、钢錾、抛光机、长形工作台、锡焊膏、焊锡、防氧化光亮剂。</p><p>工艺流程：复制字样—下料成型—焊接整形—抛光罩光—安装。</p><p>1、复制字样</p><p>在承接铜字加工时，客户选送的串或代客户书写的字样经常需要放大或缩小。其方法有复印机放大缩小，如果图形文字超过复印机有效复印面积，可以用一个铁桶(直 径约20-30cm)，内底上装上一盏200W灯泡，把原稿的毛笔小字(若原稿字过大可用复印机缩小)用玻璃夹起来，在铁桶的光口处固定，然后投影放大在 墙上，用图钉在墙上钉上白纸，把所投影放大的字的影子用铅笔描在纸上，再将放大的或缩小好的字样剪下待用。</p><p>2、下料成型</p><p>将剪好的字样用胶水粘在铜皮上然后用铁皮剪刀或剪板机按字样进行裁剪下料，在弯度较小的地方先要用钻在交接处钻孔，然后用剪刀或钢錾下料，下好的料边必须锉 平，切忌有锯齿痕迹。锤敲成型，首先要了解字的结构，计划好字的成型先后步骤，切忌盲目敲锤。</p><p>敲锤成型规律：</p><p>首先掌握好字的大结构，因字的大结构的 准确性与否直接影响字的效果，在敲打大结构时又要先敲打弯度较小的部位，然后再敲大结构；</p><p>先敲打字凸起的最高部位，再沿字的走势从中间往两边敲打。 大结构要在背面敲打，小结构如字的弯处要在字正面修整。敲打时锤面与字要保持垂直，力度要均衡，木锤大小可灵活运用，敲成的字要求表面锤印要少或无锤印， 且字体凸起高度一致、无变形、背面较平整。</p><p>3、焊接整形</p><p>用铁剪或剪板机在铜皮上分别剪下1.5cm、2cm、3cm宽度不等的铜边条(大字用宽条，小字用窄条，灵活运用)备用。焊接方法有两种，第一种锡焊(常用)，把废 电池皮泡入盐酸液中制成焊水，再用300-500W电烙铁把焊锡熔化，用毛笔蘸加工好的焊水擦在边条与字边焊接处(注意边条与字焊接处要用砂纸打磨干净， 无油脂)。用热烙铁蘸上焊锡沿字边焊牢，边条与字边要求垂直焊。第二种是铜焊，用氧气加乙炔把铜丝、蒸硼砂(助焊药)熔焊在边条与宇边之间把字焊牢，此方 法投资较大，技术要求高。铜字敲打焊接好以后要进行整形。敲打焊接都在工作台上进行。</p><p>4、抛光罩光</p><p>用金刚砂纸将字面砂一遍，再放入10％硫酸、90％水配成的液体中3-5min，取出用清水；中洗后用开水烫一下擦干，再用抛光机抛光。其方法是开动抛光机 将抛光膏擦磨在布轮上使布轮与字面垂直接触。抛光走势一致抛出的铜字光洁度与色度才会一致。抛光后用丙酮除去字面油脂，擦净的字面切忌用手按摸，要马上进 行罩光处理，防止字面氧化影响光亮度。罩光比较关键，罩光效果的好坏直接影响铜字使用的时间长短。罩光剂有铜字专用剂如铜字宝，或用聚氯乙烯清漆喷涂或刷 涂均可。</p><p>5、铜字标识牌的安装</p><p>铜字安装有明钉和暗钉两种。明钉法是将做好的字边焊上吊挂件，在悬挂位置相应的地方做记 号，将字移开，用钻打眼，用自攻丝或木螺丝固定即可。暗钉法是在字的铜边条上钻孔，钻好孔的字在标识牌面上规划好并做好记号，将字移开，在做好记号的标识牌面 上钉上5cm×9cm木块，然后将字固定在木块上即可。另外用玻璃胶固定也行。</p><p>6、铜字标识牌的注意事项</p><p>字原稿要保存，便于核对，以防走形。</p><p>50cm以内的字用0.4-0.6mm铜皮，1m左右的字用0.6-0.8mm铜皮，1m以上的宇用1-1.2mm厚铜皮。超大型字内侧要加筋增加强度。</p><p>抛光后立即罩光，不要放置过久。</p></div>
