<p>uv平板喷绘机是很需要注重日常的使用规范和维护保养的，否则将严重影响UV喷绘机的使用寿命下面为大家介绍一下uv平板喷绘机日常维护及保养的小常识。</p><p>1、确保uv平板喷绘机周围环境的清洁。工作环境灰尘太多，容易导致小车导轴润滑不良，使打印头在打印过程中的移动受阻，引起打印位置不准确或撞击机械框架造成损伤及死机。当打印头未回到初始位置而重新开机时，打印机首先会让打印头回到初始位置，接着将进行清洗喷头的操作，所以会造成墨水不必要的浪费。解决这个问题的方法是经常将导轴上的灰尘擦掉，并对导轴进行润滑(选用流动性较好的润滑油，如缝纫机油)。</p><p>2、必须确保uv平板喷绘机有一个稳固的工作平台，不要在uv平板打印机顶端放置任何物品。打印机在打印时必须关闭其前盖，以防止灰尘进入机内或其它坚硬物品阻碍打印机小车的运动。禁止带电插拔打印机电缆，这样会损坏打印机的打印口以及PC的并行口，严重的甚至会损坏PC的主板。如果打印输出不太清晰，可用打印机的自动清洗功能清洗喷头，但要消耗少量墨水。若连续清洗几次之后打印仍不满意，这时可能墨水已用完，需要更换墨盒。</p><p>3、关机前，让打印头回到初始位置(打印机在暂停状态下，打印头自动回到初始位置)。这样做一是避免下次开机时打印机重新进行清洗喷头操作浪费墨水，二是因为喷头在初始位置可受到保护罩的密封，使喷头不易堵塞。</p><p>4、开机前要作好卫生工作，杜绝灰尘对机器和喷头的危害。空调温度控制在25度左右，每天要检查墨桶里的墨水是否够用，快见底是就要及时更换墨水，避免让墨管内抽进空气！切记！</p><p>5、开机要以正确的顺序操作（先开控制软件，祥见日常操作规程），注意擦拭喷头的方法和顺序。（擦拭喷头要用专业的喷头布，劣质的喷头布会损害喷头！）压墨排气前要确保控制软件打开，喷头温度达到一定温度后，（擦喷头要单向轻轻擦拭，严禁来回用力擦，喷头表面是一层很薄的塑料膜，塑料膜脱落即喷头报废）。打开软件后要查看喷头供墨状态，严禁喷头长期处于缺墨状态！</p><p>6、打印图片时要有人值守，（注意机器出错时要首先关闭UV灯！等机器温度降下来在做处理，）注意保护板件不被喷头刮伤，不损坏板件，同时注意变形翘起的板件严禁碰撞喷头，否则会造成喷头永久性的损害（油漆，渣滓堵死喷孔，喷头膜脱落划伤报废）。板件和喷头的理想高度：(2--3mm)实际操作允许的范围在(3--5mm)。</p><p>7、每天关机前要用专用棉签沾取清洗液轻轻擦拭喷头表面的余墨积墨，关闭前打印一个喷头状态，检查下喷孔有无断墨。若有，使用一浅色的专色图打印，色块为10%--20%的纯色。</p><p>8、关机也要尊从软件优先的顺序，先关控制软件，再关作图软件，最后关电脑，然后关机器，关闭所有的用点设备，包括气管，排风扇，空调照明灯。</p><p>9、此外uv平板喷绘机的光栅条，也要做好保护，不要用手去摸，不要让它沾染灰尘，以防定位不准。</p></div>
