<div class="content" id="article"><p>广告喷绘制作里，相信用户往往会遇到写真机喷绘出图关于尺寸不准的问题，如下给大家分享关于解决写真机打图长度缩短现象解决方案。</p><p>写真机的高清图像喷绘越来越受用户的欢迎，特别是在高精度的广告喷绘制作上，是高质量广告图像画面喷绘的好帮手。然而，写真机在喷墨打印过程中由于选择的喷绘纸张介质材料的不同，或机器打印步进的精准问题，都会容易导致喷绘打印输出的图像画面与实际设计的尺寸出现偏差，出现喷绘后图像画面缩短的问题，这些都是比较常见的写真机喷绘出图关于尺寸不准故障。</p><p>一、写真机喷绘的选材不同，设置的补偿修正</p><p>写真机高精度的喷绘打印，支持不同的喷绘纸张介质打印。例如常见的背胶材料、喷绘布材料、油画布、灯片、软膜等等这些材料，然而，写真机在喷墨打印过程中选择的材料介质不同，重量、表面粗糙系数都不一样，所以打印介质前进受到的阻力也不同，而写真机喷头墨车的运行速度是一样的，所以打印时需要进行补偿修正，根据不同材料调整写真机设备的步进参数；所以写真机喷绘打印出图时，需要补偿值修正，也就是按不同的物料需要精心调整机器步进参数。</p><p>二、写真机步进精度的补偿校正</p><p>写真机设备的步进是什么呢？写真机中的步进是指小车头来回走动一次，机器的压纸轮把纸张往前送一步，这就是写真机步进的意思。步进的大小是可以调节，也就是说轮子把纸张往前送多送少的意思。如果写真机打图长度缩短现象，可以对写真机的步进精度进行设置，校准，正确设置参数或进行“补偿设置”。</p><p>三、写真机RIP软件导入图片时图片的尺寸变更问题</p><p>写真喷绘的图像画面在设计与图片输出时要注意尺寸的正确性。使用相关的RIP软件导入图片时，要注意保持图像的原始尺寸不变，避免由于导入时图像尺寸缩小以及识操作改变了图像的实际尺寸。</p><p>四、打印纸张介质的收放问题</p><p>在写真机喷绘打印过程中，关于打印纸张介质的收放问题，就是在收放卷的位置，提前把材料不断放松，减少卷料前进的阻力。其次，往往新卷材料比较厚，阻力大，需要提前把材料放松，减少卷材料进纸阻力。喷绘打印出图过程中，刚开始时，材料比较厚，阻力大，容易产生画面缩短现象，会产生缩短和拉长两种现象，这种故障与材料的收放的松紧有很大的关系。</p><p>上述几项原因往往都是影响到写真机喷绘出图关于尺寸不准的故障产生，如果写真机喷绘用户在喷绘出图过程中有遇到的话，可以参考下，从这几方面去设置与排除故障。</p></div>
