refactor(investment): 将静态投资信息替换为动态数据渲染

- 使用模板变量 {$current_cate.content|raw} 替换静态标题
- 将硬编码的图片路径替换为动态缩略图数据 {$current_cate.thumbnail.url ?? ''}
- 添加PHP逻辑解析描述字段并生成信息列表数组
- 实现动态基本信息展示，替代固定的公司信息表格
- 使用标签库获取分类数据实现动态内容渲染
- 替换静态公告列表为动态内容页面组件
- 实现投资知识学习模块的数据动态加载
- 将投资者热线信息改为从设置中获取动态数据
- 更新联系方式为通过标签库动态获取的数值
